Our second stay (multiple days each visit) at this hotel. A room with a nice view. The entire staff is super attentive, helpful. The restaurant staff is hardworking and prompt. Sadly, a few guests were rude and curt to staff, unwarranted. Staff remained calm, helpful and respectful.

This was hands down our fav lux place we stayed at in Tokyo! The place is beautiful. The breakfast DELISH. The location is perf for all you Ginza loving shoppers and visitors alike. Did I say it is beautiful? B/c it is. Definitely look forward to visiting there again!

This is my second time stay in this hotel. It costed HKD2700 per night and I have been allocated to a standard queen room which had window facing inside of the building. It had no view and no sunshine. The room is pretty dark. The service is good and staff are friendly. I would recommend twin room instead of queen room.
