Great welcome and excellent service throughout. The hotel is well located to be able to walk to the old town or to the station (or the bus is nearby). The room was fairly compact but big enough and the bed was very comfortable. We were there on Sunday so tried the brunch which had a good selection and used local ingredients.

Nice room, good location. Staff was really helpful, for instance, they helped us print out some tickets for a train that required printed tickets. The bathtub in the middle of the room is weird, but shower and toilet was in its own room, so no complaints :-)

Individuell in many ways - a very happy hotel!

This hotel is exceptional. Everything about it is designed to make (and keep) you happy. And it works! From the friendly welcome, easy directions to parking, beautiful decor, free drinks in reception, large room with balcony, fridge and Dyson fan, chilled garden, honesty bar and roof terrace, gym, free welcome card offering free bus and cycle hire...... even the stairs were enjoyable to walk down and the cleaners happy to encounter you! Location exceptional also, in beautiful Innsbruck. An amazing stay - will definitely choose Nala again!

Exceptional hotel in the heart of Innsbruck

We had to be in Innsbruck for a conference at the technical university so we stayed in Nala for 6 nights and it exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The decoration all throughout the hotel is lovely. The weather was nice and having a delicious breakfast in the beautiful garden was a great start of the day. There is absolutely nothing we would improve.

A magical place in Innsbruck

This is one of the most unique and wonderful hotel stays I've had. The staff were wonderful and the garden was beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend the breakfast; the quality of the food exceeded all expectations and the variety of options was extensive. Pleasant common backyard around a little pond and fountain; self service drinks (including beer and a couple other spirits, plus non-alco); common terrace over the backyard, simple spa underground with a small infra red cabin (doesn’t work nearly as strong as sauna but serves for chill time at late hours), good smiley staff, parking solution, good location. Comfort and style to date; all great.

Wonderful peaceful haven

The hotel was perfect. Excellent staff, a great location just a little away from the tourist bustle with a wonderful garden and roof terrace for peaceful relaxation, and lovely extras like a free drink on arrival and chocolate when you left. The room was well appointed, very quiet and with great air con and shutters for the hot weather. The breakfast was totally worth the cost: a great spread you could enjoy in the garden to the sound of the birds and the trickling fountain. There were lovely quirky decorative touches throughout too. We hope to be back again.
