Super recomendo o hotel. Conforto, limpeza, otimo atendimento, estacionamento gratis e fica localizado no melhor ponto de Itaipava. Lojas e restaurantes se vai a pé. Proximo ao local do evento que participamos.

A maioria das reclamações relacionadas ao hotel é quanto barulho e ainda assim parece que os funcionários não sabem disso. Pedi um quarto longe da área do café por conta de vários relatos de barulho a partir das 5h da manhã para organização do café. Atenderam ao meu pedido, no entanto, ficamos na frente da recepção e às 7h fomos acordados com a gargalhada e o bate papo altos dos funcionários. Depois, iniciaram os barulhos normais de fluxo da recepção mas que já são bem incômodos. É fundamental o hotel fazer uma reforma para melhorar o isolamento acústico.

o Hotel oferece condições razoáveis para uma estadia mínima, exceto pelo fato que ele não oferece serviço de televisão. simplesmente isso: tem o aparelho de tv, mas se o hóspede não utilizar as próprias senhas dos serviços de streaming que o monitor de tv tem, o hóspede fica SEM TELEVISÃO. ALGO QUE NUNCA VI NA VIDA. INACREDITÁVEL. Além disso, muito barulhento. domingo 8 da manhã, iniciou-se um barulho de limpeza e vassouras ao lado, que persistiu até as 11 horas. pra não dormir mesmo. Apesar de já ter tido uma experiência ruim no hotel, insisti. o quarto em si, bom. mas não ter serviço de TV, é absurdo. apesar desse deserviço, o hotel tem o mesmo valor de ótimas pousadas na região.

Embora o hotel seja bem localizado, o quarto era extremamente desconfortável e necessitava de manutenção . Travesseiros velhos , roupas de cama encardidas e banheiro com mofo no teto e precisando de limpeza mais apurada. Café da manhã bem fraco, com alguns produtos nada fresco. Não recomendamos .
