It may just have been Christmas parties but the hotel and area were noisy all night. All the rest average and they are pet friendly and didn’t charge us extra for the dog.

Fairly large room and shower bath the hotel is a little tired but the sheets and bedding were clean water was hot. Most of the staff spoke very little English so know some Spanish When you go. It's a bit pricey for the hotel and area. But there were conventions in the area so I'm sure the price was inflated

The hotel's standards were extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with unclean sheets. After lodging a complaint, we were relocated to another room. Regrettably, this room proved to be no improvement, as it too was in a deplorable state of cleanliness. The overall experience was thoroughly unsatisfactory.

Not a Pleasant stay.

Once I arrive 15 minutes before check-in, I was told that I had to wait until the designated air time, while another family arrived five minutes after and they were checked in. The attendant was not professional in anyway. The service attendant was advised that we did not need room service, as we came back to the room the following day the housekeeping personnel were inside and I told him that we did not request service and right away. She said we’re not stealing anything which was kind of awkward and unpleasant. I don’t see myself staying at this hotel ever again.

No me gustó que no avisaran estaba en remodelación y llegamos tarde a dormir y a las 7am estaban los albañiles haciendo mucho ruido… en la regadera no me gustó el vidrio está mal adaptado se inundó afuera en la parte del sanitario… se sale mucho el agua
