Excellent hotel with a wonderful included breakfast. Was given a kitchenette suite on the top floor that was very nice. Within walking distance of the central market and dozens of dining options. Definitely would stay there again.

Perfect place for business/fun/vacation

It was an ideal place to stay. The staff at the front were wonderful to work with. Elvis was kind enough to help me with my luggage. Breakfast was great too. lots of options that change everyday. It was an ideal location with everything walking distance. Supermarket around the corner, Mall was a ten minute walk ( mostly because it was a huge hill). Too cold to go in the pool, but it looked dreamy. I loved the steam room! Perfect way to distress after work. The view from the 22nd floor was everything.

Decoração muito ultrapassada

A localização é boa para quem quer estar perto do Mercado Público e Minascentro. Os funcionários são muito predtativos. Contudo, a acústica é terrível, tanto em relação aos barulhos davrua, quanto do quarto de cima. O pessoal do quarto de cima chegou de madrugada e usaram o chuveiro. A decoração é muito antiga, uma luz do banheiro ficava piscando e o pior, o filtro do ar condicionado estava caindo e sujo. Não tive coragem de usar. Super perto tem um super mercado.

Adorei a acomodação. Muito comfortavel e o cafe da manhã foi muito bem servido. Só achei a comunicação ruim em relação a limpeza do quarto. Nos primeiros dias não houve limpeza. E nos demais eles vinham limpar somente as 16h. A recepção falava uma coisa sobre isso e o pessoal da limpeza falava outra. Enfim, tirando isso, adorei a estadia.
