The location is ideal, the potential is huge but the reality is not so good. Amenities don’t work and don’t expect the staff to give you a solution. Elevators are too slow and programmed in a way that makes everything works poorly. The cleaning is not there yet. Many things seemed to require an update. The swimming pool is far from usable, water looks filthy and it’s super tiny considering the amount of guests this hotel hosts. The breakfast is good, generous and with good enough options. This place needs an update very very soon!

Uma experiencia ruim em todos os sentidos... Recepção os recepcionistas falando de forma seria que existia uma multa nova aplicada a quem ficava hospedado na sexta... (fico imaginando o pobre do turista estrangeiro caia nesse golpe) Elevadores parados, no quarto sem agua quente... fiquei hospedado no 1 pavimento onde o barulho das condensadoras simplesmente insuportável... Café da Manhã péssimo, um presunto que nem o boteco mais pé sujo teria coragem de servir... Enfim... se fosse uma hospedaria de quinta categoria tudo bem, mas um hotel em Copacabana realmente foi a visão do inferno...

Experiência em quatro dias
A minha experiência foi razoável. Fomos atendidos de forma tranquila mas sem muito carisma na recepção, as condições estruturais do elevador e do apartamento deixou a desejar. O elevador dava sinais de que era necessário manutenção, algumas vezes o pessoal da limpeza e manutenção vieram ajudar, o meu apartamento estava com alguns problemas no banheiro e que posteriormente eles resolveram, além do que também me deixou um pouco incomodado foi com relação aos tratamentos para o café da manhã. Os funcionários não esbanjam simpatia e a forma de tratamento era meio grosseiro, principalmente com relação a dúvidas e pedidos. No mais a cama é extremamente confortável, o café da manhã muito saboroso e a localização é excelente.

Péssimo hotel, não recomendo!
O "barato" sai muito caro quando se trata deste hotel. Cheguei no quarto e o mesmo estava imundo esem roupa de cama. Tive que sair para eles arrumarem um MICRO QUARTO, de menos de 12m2, sem janela e abafado. Quando voltei, resolvi tomar um banho, a água não esquentava de jeito nenhum, ficaram de mandar alguém para ver o que estava acontecendo, não veio ninguém. Tomei banho frio em um banheiro sem tapete para secar os pés e sem toalha de rosto. O café da manhã é péssimo. Nada, absolutamente nada é elogiável neste lugar. Sinceramente, sugiro que se gaste uns 100/150 reais a mais e fique em um lugar minimamente decente. Provavelmente a pior hospedagem da minha vida.
