First checked into room not made up, sheets on floor, lights broken--looked like a fight occurred in the room. Next room had mold in the shower, no pillow cases, uclean old cover, mattress had to be 40 years old, staff only removed trash daily and put old moldy bed cover back on. We had to demand clean towels daily. Provided breakfast was mediocre at best. 2 of 3 elevators operable for 18 floors. And more! Couldn't wait to leave.

The location is ideal, the potential is huge but the reality is not so good. Amenities don’t work and don’t expect the staff to give you a solution. Elevators are too slow and programmed in a way that makes everything works poorly. The cleaning is not there yet. Many things seemed to require an update. The swimming pool is far from usable, water looks filthy and it’s super tiny considering the amount of guests this hotel hosts. The breakfast is good, generous and with good enough options. This place needs an update very very soon!

deixarei de frequentar. caos com elevadores, demorados, estragado. roupa de cama pequena para o tamanho da cama a gente deita e fica direto no colchao. o aparato de abrir porta do quarto nao funciona, todos os dias tinha que dar recarga na portaria, as vezes por mais de uma ocasiao ao dia. já estive lá diversas vezes, mas está degradado

Quarto com roupas de camas horrível/ encardidas/ Cheiro ruim .. Ficamos 3 dias no Ap 1103, e as toalhas nem as roupas de cama eram trocadas diariamente .. Alegaram que só de 2 em 2 dias é feita a troca … Os colchões são sem capa, o que ocaciona visível mente a sujeira que são os colchões, eles fornecem apenas um lençol, u outro lençol de sobre por por baixo do edredom não fornecem também…. Rapaz que nos atendeu no chequim super cara de Cú, parecia que tava fazendo uma obrigação em nos atender … Já o café da manhã é muito bom , variedades de bastante opções a se comer .. Os garçons do café super prestativos… Mais conserteza não voltaremos mais ….

Algumas pessoas da equipe da recepção é muito ríspida e deixa os hóspedes desconfortáveis. Ligamos 3x pedindo para limpar o quarto e trocar as toalhas e isso não aconteceu, deixando a gente sem papel higiênico. O café da manhã tem poucas opções de comida. Infelizmente, foi uma escolha muito ruim e ficamos desgostosa com a experiência

A localização do hotel é muito boa! Da pra ir a pé na praia. Quando chegamos foi complicado o estacionamento, pois era ao lado, com um Sr e foi cobrado 100 reais a diária. O quarto estava super limpo, mas não tivemos muita explicação sobre como funcionava abertura de porta nem das luzes do quarto. O café da manhã estava top! Muita variedade.
