10/10 Excellent

We stayed for one night here and it was pretty good! The room was clean, the front desk staff is really kind and friendly. They give you a grab & go breakfast bag in the morning which we thought was good and thoughtful. For parking, we ended up going to the underground parking where Freshco is. It was a 5 min walk and there’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel which was convenient. It was honestly such a good price compared to the other hotels around - very affordable. Would stay again :)

6/10 Okay

The stuff were so helpful and pretty nice people. There were always tea and coffee. Breakfast was okay but it was given in bag every morning. It is not like buffet like in USA. However, if you are going Toronto for conference and need cheaper place and think like me that you can walk to conference area or walk around. This is NOT it, so many homeless around and it gets pretty scary. I had no issue but I cannot guarantee that you are not going to have it either. Second thing is that the room is pretty small and filled with humidity. AC works but makes noice.

4/10 Poor

Where do i start??? Ive been to Toronto several times and this was the worst ive ever stayed in. Nothing like the pictures, EXTREMELY SMALL, but thats not all. No direct parking, No elevator and i stayed on the third floor, hotel desk rarely there and had very little information about the hotel or city. Did i mention that it was EXTREMELY SMALL! No closet, no desk phone, 1 plug socket, no room for really anything but the bed, i can touch both walls by laying on the bed. And the area itself was sketchy AH. Now i stayed here because of limited hotels available due to Caribana Weekend so thats on me. But good luck to anyone else

2/10 Terrible

Terrible experience, not clean at all. Spider and beetle in the washroom. Not safe to walk around.
mehrnoosh, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The room was simple, clean, and a decent size for a short stay. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast provided was great. I would highly recommend it, especially given the location and price.
Stephanie, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Good location and staff. But a lot of bugs in room. A lot of homeless people near the hotel. My room was without window and just AC (no ventilation at all) But location is pretty good. Would I stay one more time? I think no.
Mykhailo, 5-night trip

4/10 Poor

Very small room Very small bathroom. Air conditioner didn't work well and was very, very noisy. There were two small windows up high with misfitted, torn curtains. There was a coffee room beside our room. There was a constant smell of burnt coffee. Was also used as a room for people to chat in in the middle of the night. It was clean but there were alot of scuffs and stains on the walls, floors and in the bathroom. Checkin and early out went very well.
cathy, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

I liked the room. The walls are very thin. The beds are very comfortable.
Brooklyn, 1-night trip

our stay was great, at an even greater price!
courteney, 3-night trip

4/10 Poor

If all you need is an uncomfortable bed to sleep in and don't mind the rumbling of a tram passing in front of the building, along with a prostitute as your night doorman, this is the place for you. If not, I would recommend spending $50 more to stay in another area of Toronto. The area around the inn is not great. I am from NYC, and I know something about not-great areas :).
Greg, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Great Price for Toronto

The staff were great, very helpful. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom could do with a mirror. For the price you pay there has to be a downside, there is, the area. Full of homeless / begging and drug taking. I would not go out in the evening walking or walk back to the hotel, take a cab. Although I will say that in the main they do leave you alone and the hotel do not allow them into the premises.
Tony, 4-night trip

8/10 Good

1. Room 109 was horrible. We were moved to Room 101, which was much better. 2. Room 101 was clean and tidy but small, tv good, bed comfortable for a one night stay. Shower very hot and good. 3. Some confusion between a continental breakfast and complimentary breakfast. I was not overly impressed with breakfast. However, 24/7 coffee very good. 4. BIGGEST issue, which was out of control of the hotel, was the surrounding area. In the early afternoon there were many drug users and a few ladies of ill repute to put it nicely. I felt a little unsafe walking and my wife and I made sure we were back in the hotel before nightfall
