Very small but clean and comfy. Breakfast was convenient but too expensive. Behind the hotel is a grocery store that opens at 7am and there are also 7-11s nearby where you can get coffee and pastries for much less.

The price and location were outstanding. Common area was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was well worth it. Rooms are tight, but expected in Europe. Family of three, we had two adjoining rooms and price was excellent for that. We could walk to all attractions we had planned.

Located only a few blocks from the famous Nyhavn waterfront canal featuring the colorful 17th-century buildings and restaurants and cafes, this hotel met our needs in terms of location and room rates. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And the nearest Metro stop was 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel is modern, business-oriented with meeting spaces, breakfast cafe, 24/7 snack case, and more. Arriving hours before check-in time, we stored our luggage in lockers that cost money to use. Our room was clean and comfortable, although definitely snug since the bed abuts the wall on one side (there was a window that opens for fresh air and natural light). This hotel met our needs for a 3-night stay in Copenhagen.

Basic hotel on short walking distance from Kongens Nytorv on the direct metro line from the airport. Self service check-in, well planned clean room and comfortable bed. My room on 1st floor seemed to be in a skip zone both on phone signal but also spotty wifi. Apart from that, ok for a night or two

Perfectly fine hotel for a short stay in the centre of the city. Avoid the breakfast, an unpleasant experience; the food was mediocre, the coffee poor but what made it really terrible was the crowd. I went at the time the hotel suggested it would be quiet and it was crammed and trying to get to the buffet was an ordeal. Breakfast area clearly far to small for the size of the hotel so suggest going somewhere else for a more relaxed, pleasant and quieter breakfast.

My daughter stayed one night after not being able to sleep on the rock hard bed. Shower was tiny and almost unusable.she checked out after one night of three night stay to another hotel . Hotel refused to refund the two additional nights because she didn’t give enough notice . That was because she didn’t know how bad the bed was until she got there

Our room had a bad smell when we arrived, which was an unpleasant first impression. You have to request cleaning and fresh towels, but even after we asked, they forgot. After a long day in the city, we returned to a dirty room with used towels still in place. Breakfast was another disappointment. There was no bread available, it was overcrowded, and clearly understaffed — guests had to clean their own tables just to find a place to sit. The whole experience felt dirty and uninviting. To make things worse, the elevators were a nightmare — extremely slow and constantly packed. Waiting for them took forever, adding unnecessary frustration to our stay. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Perfect hotel voor paar dagen Kopenhagen: dichtbij metro en voornaamste bezienswaardigheden. Genoeg leuke horeca dichtbij. Hotel is efficiënt ingericht: alle kamers voor één persoon ingericht, maar voor 2e gast liggen beddengoed en handdoeken in lade onder het bed. Bed wel aan 3 zijden tegen de muur, dus ‘s nachts over de ander heen klauteren om naar badkamer te gaan. Ontbijtbuffet is dik in orde.

Es war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. War aber auch okay. Das Thermostat in der Dusche konnte nur heiß oder kalt. Da sollte mal danach geschaut werden. Unser Bett war gemütlich. Das Frühstück war super.
