I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It's right next to the underground, a small grocery store, and a large shopping mall, but it's not noisy at all. The rooms are very clean and in good shape by London standards. Will definitely stay here for business trips going forward!

3-day stay. Really pleasant. The hotel is close to buses and the tube, with many shops within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bathroom spacious. However, if you are sensitive to noise, you may want to avoid this hotel. Personally, I don't mind the noise. My room overlooked the street, where traffic is constant until 11.30 pm to midnight. I didn't try out the other rooms, which may be less noisy. The staff were very friendly and available to answer any questions I had.
