Worst nightmare possible ! Absolutely no support from Hotels.com. We were treated terribly by the hotel staff, and the room was a complete disaster. Razoavel, havia reforma no andar que era impossível ficar no quarto durante o dia, um dos elevadores quebraram ai passamos a dividir o elevador com materias de construção. O quarto que me colocaram era ao lado do deposito do andar que nao é agradavel. O cafe da manha é bom mas há uma norma constrangedora de que se quisermos sair comendo o pão seria cobrado a parte.
