The staff at the Zanzibari hotel were exceptionally attentive and the service was always prompt. In a place where the main beach can be over run with tourists, it was such a pleasure to step into the quiet oasis that is the Zanzibari hotel grounds. This is a great gem of a property in Nungwi and would only improvements would be to upgrade the quality of the food, which was "safe" but very bland and to upgrade the plumbing issues in unit OC1.

Really impressed with how the reception handles issues. Room cleaning was really on point daily just that if you forget to turn notice from make my room up to do not disturb, the housekeeper will keep banging the door.. Aside that it’s a good place to stay.

Recommend 100%! Hotel staffs and receptions are very welcoming, supportive and helpful. All transportation, tour programs were managed by the hotel, very easily. The views from the hotels are fantastic, foods are great with its happy-hour cocktail.

I had a wonderful time at this location. The staff was amazing, very cordial and accommodating. The property was cleaned constantly, the food was delicious and the poolside bar was great. Walking distance to beaches, aquarium and Zoo. I would definitely go back.

This is a gorgeous , quiet boutique hotel. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. There is a small rocky orivate beach accessible during some tide times but only a 15 min walk to nungwi beach. Gorgeous views from all rooms and great staff!

A place to totally relax. Amazing presentation of food, calm, quiet and very relaxing. A place to really reconnect with yourself. Beach is beautiful but rocky amd be careful of the sea urchins!

Great service from all of the staff with novelty of Massi security/porters. Peaceful location adjacent to the sea. Limited activities/interest outside the resort itself and sad to see the poverty in the town of Nungwi.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. All the staff was super friendly and had an excellent level of service. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived at the hotel and all was taken care of immediately. Daud in the reception helped us get some good cab rides at a very affordable price.
