Great location and hotel.

Scandic is perfectly situated to the Hbf and the river, a 5 minute walk to either. It has a great restaurant with an amazing smash burger that is huge with the best fries we’ve had in years, breakfast was plentiful. We had a 15th floor room with city views, the bed and pillows are perfect. We stay one night on our return in June and are thrilled.

Great location for cultural Frankfurt

This is a great hotel if you’re planning on visiting the excellent museums in Frankfurt - it’s an easy walk to the Städel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good bathroom. I also enjoyed the food in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that the room was too warm and I was told that the A/C was set to warm not cool the room!

Scandic Frankfurt Museumsuf Hotel Is a Good Choice

My second stay at a Scandic hotel (first was in Berlin). Very modern facilities with nice amenities. Scandic Frankfurt is only a 6 minute walk from the bahn hof and also a short walk across a bridge over the Main River to the Städel Museum, one of Germany’s finest art museums.

The city view room in this hotel has amazing views of the Frankfurt city skyline and was a great spot to watch fireworks from. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. The only trouble we had during our stay was that the rooms (and hallways) higher up in the hotel get very warm, leading us to open windows during winter time.

My daughter and I had a very comfortable, clean room. The hotel had a gym which was especially important to my daughter since she works out regularly. Friendly staff and the breakfast menu was "out of sight". So many selections and a juicer with fresh fruit to make your own drink. And their other meal options were good as well. (Especially important to me because my daughter is a vegetarian and gluten intolerant). We stayed there on our arrival into Germany and our departure. Finally the location was great, walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof.

The hotel is absolutely okay for a few nights. Easy to reach on foot from the train station. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the breakfast! There really is everything you could wish for. You can bake waffles, make smoothies from fresh fruit and vegetables and there's a great selection of other things too. There is also an extra corner with gluten-free and lactose-free products.

Good price, nice area

This is a basic hotel. The price was good for the area. It's about a 7 min walk from the train station and one block from the river. It's also an easy walk to Romer (tourist) area. Frankfurt Central train station is a bit of a rough area. This hotel is far enough away, while still convenient to it. We had a basic room, perfectly acceptable and very clean. And the price was quite good. We will definitely consider staying there again.
