Lovely night's stay

Lovely staff, great room and comfortable bed! We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good too!

10/10 Exceptional

Great food and solid reasonable lodging.

The food and the bar were excellent. Room was small but clean comfortable and adequate. Only complaint was low water pressure for the shower but that did not override the positives. The location was convenient for great golf and tourist attractions. I will go back the next time I am in the area.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful spot!

Our stay at The Linton Hotel in East Linton was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is set in a beautiful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we instantly felt welcomed by the warm, friendly team. The customer service was excellent throughout, nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was handled with care. Our room was spotless, with a wonderfully comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was an absolute highlight! fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, the perfect way to start each day.

Short stay

Overnight stay with evening meal and breakfast. Meals were good and plentiful. Booked family room for two adults which had a bit more space. What made the hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Only downside was there was only on street parking.

Amazing value. Not the most luxurious, but fantastic for the price. Warm welcome, clean and comfortable room, even if it was a little dated.

Loved the town and area. People very hospitable. Cute hotel and very reasonable but the room was so small the bed hit the door. If you don’t mind extra tight quarters then go for it.

An overnighter en route from Scotland

Great little village close yo the A1 - perfect for an overnight stop from Scotland. Very friendly staff at check in who showed us to our room which was small and dated Evening meal was delicious but there was a limited choice of drinks- no cider and only one white wine. Breakfast was included which is good but no marmalade or fruit and limited choice. It was tasty though. Preston Mill is situated within easy walking distance and served as a great after breakfast visit.

Cannot say enough how wonderful this hotel is, the bed was so comfortable and had lovely cosy linens on it, the room itself was well done up and had a view of a beautiful clock tower, and the breakfast served was amazing! Our only regret is not eating supper at the restaurant, I’m sure it would have been amazing too!

East Linton Hotel

Had a one night stay here on route to the Highlands. Spotlessly clean and bed very comfy. Choice of cereal/ full Scottish on offer for breakfast. I opted for poached eggs on toast, which was nice. No car park as such, but plenty of on road parking. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
