Modern property. Excellent staff. Average, but adequate breakfast.
Rooms spacious enough and air conditioning almost kept up with high temperature and humidity.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. My hotel was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved my balcony and the shower had really nice pressure. The neighborhood was safe and walkable or a reasonable uber ride to most areas of town. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I can honestly say I would definitely stay there again

Great view of the cemetery from some rooms and the roof top. Great location to walk around. Would give 5star for location.
Room door had trouble locking so we had to change rooms. That lock also didn’t always lock so we needed to ensure to double check before we left. There were also small ants in the bathroom but they went away after we washed the counter.

We only stayed one night here but we loved it! Beautiful view of the cemetery and so walkable to everything!

Great value for the location. Front desk is not terribly friendly but helpful. Included breakfast is more like a snack than a meal. It added nothing to the experience.

A lovely hotel, very well located. There is a caveat about the view: it does have a view to the city, but it overlooks the Cementerio de Recoleta. It is a very interesting view, and quite gorgeous, but maybe some people may like the other side of the hotel.
The bathroom was particularly well laid.

We enjoyed our stay very much and especially the front desk staff, two ladies that spoke very good English was very helpful to our needs whenever we requested. We had to request for a room with a view and happy to pay extra since Expedia did not provide us that option! Overall, we’re very happy with this Sileo hotel.

The penthouse suite was very comfortable with a good view over Recoleta cemetery. Recoleta is a beautiful district of Buenos Aires.

Close to many things. Walkable. Clean and well kept. Suzanna was a great Front Desk Consierge who made reservations for us last minute. Amazing help on the NYE celebrations.

Pictures online of the Penthouse Suite were deceiving as to size. Enjoyed the balcony, but no lounge chairs on balcony as pictured. We feel the room was somewhat overpriced. Would not stay there again if we visit Buenos Aires again.

The hotel seems safe, I arrived at about 7pm after a full day travelling ie 24 hr flights & the reception desk opened the front door. The room was very spacious, great to have a cuppa tea but they didn't provide milk in the room, when I called to ask for milk I was told I'd have to go to the supermarket, this was very disappointing. Im here 1 night but returning to this hotel in 2 days time, i how they've visited the supermarket by then

We couldn’t enjoy the facilities as much because our flight got delayed but Martin at the front desk was super helpful, extremely attentive, and kind, thank you for your hospitality.
Shower needs some renovations but other than that it is a nice place to stay.We got the penthouse that has a lovely terrace facing directly the cementery, yeah…

The photos of the property are not what you get, I booked for 2 separate occassions before staying at the property. At 1 of the occassions I was told there was a balcony, the door to the balcony is blocked so you're not meant to go out. The view is of other buildings and not of the cemetery, which was disappointing. The rooms are quite big and spacious with a small table & 3 chairs. The bathrooms are also spacious, which was quite good. I only saw the dining available for breakfast.

This is my second stay at the Sileo. It is still an excellent choice for a hotel, but this time, there are two caveats to mention.
The room was comfy and clean, but the internet was a bit intermittent. Also, one electrical socket was completely off the way. Therefore, no 5 stars, because the room was not 'perfect'. I repeat, minor issues.
The second caveat falls on me. I forgot to request a 'view of the city'. And the view from the back leaves a lot to be desired. It is well worth the extra money to get a front room, so make sure you do.

The view of the cemetery was unreal. It was so beautiful and surprisingly quiet in that area. We did have a little hiccup with our card continuing to not work and had to keep going down to the desk to get it reprogrammed. But the staff was so nice and the area is pretty central to a lot of places to walk. 10/10 recommended, especially for the cemetery view.

This hotel was in a great location with many restaurants nearby, a Dia grocery store on the corner, and the Subte only a short walk away. My room was clean and spacious and had a wonderful view of the recoleta cemetary.
