The hotel is pretty much center to everything so it was easy to go around the sightseeing areas. :D a plus because it was literally by the subway station so it wasn’t bad dragging our suitcases on arrival. The staffs were nice, have to mention Janet who works at the Kitchen because she was very accommodating and made our stay exceptional.

This hotel was a great location to walkable Eiffel Tower, lots of wonderful cafes, train, and always taxis out front. Room was big 4 people and lots of area for our luggage. Bathroom was spacious and water pressure great. Couldn’t hear noise of any other guests in room. All the staff was wonderful!!!!

The hotel is classy in many ways, they have sitting areas inside and some out in front of the hotel where you can sip a drink and peope watch. The breakfast was not included but very good. The only negative is the size of the room. It was tiny, but had everything we needed. Overal we would stay there again anyway. Helpful staff, especially Arsene and Valerie at the front desk. We stayed in Hotel Tourisme Avenue for just a week, and it was such a great experience! Staff is very welcoming, room was pretty clean, breakfast inclusion was a plus and everything is just so close from the hotel. Whether you want to walk to the Eiffel Tower or hop in the metro to get to your next destination, emplacement is very convenient. RER C was close as well and made our journey to Versailles even less complicated. Overall, would stay there again!
