The Cliff House was an excellent resto-pub with rooms. We bagged the last room and although a bit on the small side (which he had been advised in advance), it was well appointed and scrupulously clean. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings had a nautical theme. Food was outstanding and great value. Staff were delightful and most helpful. The beer garden was a bonus too. A great little spot overlooking the Channel.

My wife and I stayed over the valentine weekend and also took our dog. The whole venue including the restaurant is dog-friendly and all the staff are very pleasant. As the name suggests the hotel is right on the cliff overlooking the sea. Our room was vey nice and despite being a "dog room" was very clean. We will definitely be returning aging in the future.

Staff are welcomjng and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was warm, comfortable and well appointed. The view from our room would have been stunning had it not been for rain and mist. Views of Isle of Wight and Hurst Castle. . . . Plenty of coffee, tea etc. Shower room was clean and bright, with big soft towels galore. Food in the restaurant was delicious and service great. We have already booked to go back later in the year!

My wife and I stayed at The Cliff House for three nights and had a good time. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the food was superb, especially the "Full Works" breakfast which was cooked to order.

The property and staff are fantastic,the only thing I’ll do differently next time is change to a rear facing room as the sea view room we had was very noisy but that was obviously down to people enjoying themselves on a Saturday night.Unfortunately we had to leave early Sunday meaning we tried to get an early night but already looking forward to our next visit. Such a fabulous - brilliant single room, amazing food lovely (& good looking ) staff & superb breakfast . If i'm (or any of my staff ) need to stay in this part of the world this is our absolute favourite hotel . Super helpful & a wonderful place to stage **********
