Due to a maintenance problem, I was offered to change rooms. The hotel was proactive and offered compensation for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. The staff is constantly asking if everything is satisfactory, which gives the guest the opportunity to bring something to their attention and for the hotel to rectify it, if necessary.

Special thanks to Hisham the concierge, yousef mariam & abanob in housekeeping, georgus and all the minas and chefs at the outside pool, mostafa the towel worker, and mariam at the reception bar. This hotel is a dream. Very attentive staff, nice rooms and great pool area. We also liked the Chinese restaurant ! Around the hotel is absolutely nothing interesting, but it is close to the airport and if all you want is to relax at the pool, get some tan and eat nice food, maybe work out a little and take a day trip to the pyramids before returning home, this is exactly what you’re looking for. Quite close to the airport also (but you won’t hear planes!)
