Basic hotel at the frontier between Charlottenburg and Moabit. It is not a business friendly hotel: no early check-in possible (I tried at 1pm) even for a fee, unstable WiFi in the room (not good enough to do conference calls), desk chair in the room is of poor quality and even breaks easily.

Excellent location within easy reach of transport. Staff were extremely friendly. Good variety at breakfast. The hotel has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It was a little disappointing not to be able to get a drink from the bar on 2 occasions. The bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing too bad.

The hotels.com reservation shows free breakfast included, but that wasn't the case in reality. Breakfast was still separately billed upon checkout. Could be mistake by hotels.com or the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is low average in general. There are better options in the same price range in Berlin.

I was disappointed that the free/included breakfast was 16 euro. The sauna was also out of service and would have been an extra charge. I choose hotels based on services included, 16 euro is expensive for the breakfast they provided The hotel also changed names, probably ownership as well, but hotels.com didn’t tell me.
