Everything was great, other than breakfast. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The eggs at breakfast were extremely dried out and strung out. Never offered any fresh food, but when another group came in, he served them fresh eggs on their plate at the table. Would I stay there again? Yes, I would but would not plan on breakfast.

Safe, convenient, comfortable hotel

We called the hotel the day before arrival to inform them of a late arrival and requested a 1st floor room. I called again on the day of to confirm the 1st floor room and to let them know that we would be arriving later than expected. The front desk staff was very kind and assured me that they would have the requested room available. When we arrived (after midnight), the staff was very nice and checked us in quickly. The area was well-lit, clean, and felt very safe. The room was clean and beds were more comfortable than expected. Throughout our stay, we took enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with the owner even offering to make more food (they were out of some items due to us going towards the end of the breakfast service). In summary: clean and well-lit exterior, safe, good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay here if we are in the area again!

We flew in to IAH on a Saturday evening and just needed an inexpensive room to sleep in to rest before finishing our drive home. I was pleasantly surprised with this location. The man that greeted me at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was exceptionally clean. I liked that I could drive up and park one space over from my room. The parking lot was very well-maintained very nice very well lit. I just do not have anything bad to say about this location.
