I’m so unimpressed that there was no running water when I got up this morning. No one was on site to help remedy the issue. I called and was told to wait and see if the water started again and if not they would have to send someone out to look at it. I waited over an hour and still no water. I get things happen but this isn’t acceptable. I do not recommend this motel. I’ve stayed here with previous owners before and never had any issues.

Dirty, dark room. No excess room to walk around. Wrong room at the beginning, had to change room next day at my convenience, with no help. The office area was dark, dirty with unfriendly personnel. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Property was a MESS!!! Don't know if they were renovating or had just let it run down. Obvious signs of someone being in room since cleaned as there were keys left there and someone had been on bed. Bed was hard. There were no towels and when someone bought them to room, they were still damp. No cups, no garbage can, no microwave. The front office was a mess and the person on duty reeked of pot. I've stayed here before and it was ok but never again. Early evening checkin

I can not comment on the venue as our reservation was cancelled while we were on the road to the booking. I had sent a message using Expedia app a couple of days prior to the date to inform the owners that our check-in time would be 8pm to 10 pm, but they never received. So when we didn't show up by 7pm they cancelled our reservation and gave the rooms to someone else because we had chosen the "pay at hotel" option. This was a miscommunication error between Expedia and the hotel, but unfortunately my family are the ones that paid the price.

Channels on tv didn’t work said no subscription they never gave me the wifi password no one was there when I checked in they just left the door open with key inside When I tried to contact them no one answered and when I contacted hotels.com they told me the motel would look at it in morning and no one was at office or showed up by the time I left at 9:30am Not very impressed at all

While I'll give them credit that the sink, toilet and tub/shower were clean (at least, seemingly so), the rest of the room was disgusting. The floors were filthy, no surfaces had been wiped down, the linens were stained (I hope) and needed to be bleached. The walls and doors need to be wiped down also. The only thing that kept us from leaving was that every single other hotel/motel in the area were sold out. We checked in around 9:30 pm to find our key in an envelope taped to the door and couldn't communicate with anyone at time of check out. The room looked not at all like in the pictures. It was an overall VERY disappointing and gross stay.
