Good location. Walkable from the station in about 15 mins. Room was absolutely massive. It did get a wee bit chilly, but it was the middle of December to be fair. An extra heater was provided so all good.

Location: 5/5 Cleaning: 3/5 Condition: 2/5 Staff: 4/5 Price: 4/5 We came to Gothenburg on a weekend-trip and chose this Hotel to be close to the central city and our friends we were meeting. The first impression of the hotel is that it would be ok, which it was. The hotel is ok for its price and its location. However, there were some flaws. The room we got on the third floor was incredibly dark. It had dark floors, dark walls and bad lightning. There was no soap dispenser for the basin and there were two light bulbs missing. In the bed there were big yellow hard stains on the bedcover so we threw that away. There were no safety box and no mini-fridge. The breakfast was very crammed up and small. Nothing that annoys me, but I know it annoys others.

Om man inte är så kräsen
Hotellet låg väldigt bra placerat. Det var nära till allt. Men det låg också barer precis utanför och det var väldigt lyhört, därför hörde man musik, skrik och festligheter långt in på natten. Tyvärr möttes vi av renovering i rum och hallar på våran plan. Det låg hinkar och verktyg överallt, vilket inte gav ett så härligt intryck. Skicket på rummet var inte kanon; dörrar som smäller högt, fönster som inte går att stänga helt och dusch som läker. Efter min dusch så lindade jag mig in i en handduk för att upptäcka att den var full med långt hår som fastnade på kroppen. Samt hårtussar som ramlade ned på golvet. Frukosten var inte något speciellt. Mackorna var en aning torra och det fanns inte en enormt utbud, men det fungerade.

Våfflorna?
Jag är stamgäst sedan många år och tycker att hotellet ger en familjär känsla! Vad jag inte tycker om är at man dragit in på våfflorna som varit ett trevligt inslag som varit mycket uppskattat av gästerna! Att plötslig börja ta betalt för en fin tradition tycker jag är dålig policy! Det hade varit "snyggare" att höja rums priserna med några tior! Att hotellet är lite slitet och dörrarna kärvar, kan man stå ut med! Se gratis våfflorna som en kompensation!

Tekno musik hele natten
Hotellet ligger lige overfor et stort diskotek som spiller høj tekno musik til kl03:30 hver dag vi overnattede der (fredag og lørdag) dette forhindrede os i at sove på trods af vi sov med øre-propper. Service var næsten ikke eksisterende hverken til morgenmaden, hvor borene var beskidte og maden sjældent skiftet hvis der manglede ting. Eller ved checkin, hvor vi kun en gang så en medarbejder. Lidt slidt hotelværelse men gode senge.
