This has been our go to hotel while visiting Galveston. Staff is not at the front desk when you need them. The couch that should have been in our room was missing. Bathroom is really tight. Don’t like the shower bath combo. Rooms are worn, need some updating. Parking is fantastic!

Loved our stay. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, which is a very rate find, at a very reasonable price. Front desk gentleman was extremely friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and well equipped. Instead of giving out mini bottles of toiletries, they have wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash which I actually appreciate since it's a bit more environmental friendly than throwing away/down cycling mini bottles after just a few nights of stay. The hotel room seems to have been updated somewhat recently so it's very clean and modern. Breakfast is standard, but food does get filled pretty quickly when certain items become empty. Overall I am very happy with our stay.

Keep coming back to this hotel. However the rooms a getting very worn. Our shower/tub had a giant crack in the wall. I’m sure that water is seeping into the wall, eventually causing mold. Front desk was unattended about 90% of the time.
