Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice evening menu if a bit limited. Breakfast is fabulous 10/10
Gary, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The rooms are basic but for short stays ideal and for the price a bargain, (from a woman’s point of view they could do with a shelf other than the one beside the bed to put toiletries on in the bedroom and one in the shower cubicle) The rooms are clean and have tv, safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The price of the room included breakfast which was amazing, choice of full English (including black pudding for those who don’t think a full English is a full English without it ) continental or cereals with as much tea/coffee/juice as you can drink. We will definitely stay again!

Doig, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We had a lovely stay - we had room 56 which has a huge bedroom with two double beds and an extra lounge room. Comfy and quiet. Nice breakfast too. And a reasonable rate. Will come again.
Robert, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Lovely area, quiet and safe. Spotlessly clean everywhere, excellent food - great service and value. Helpful, friendly, efficient staff.
Marcia, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Good service and breakfast. The room was extremely hot in the heatwave on arrival with no apparent action taken to mitigate the weather. A fan was supplied on request but it was so hot we didn’t sleep that well. We would have done better in the corridor which was noticeably cooler!
Joanna, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great for a short stopover

Lovely one night stay whilst visiting family. Comfortable beds and a nice buffet breakfast. Only improvement would be a slightly larger shower cubicle.
Rhiannon, 1-night trip

Marco, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

I upgraded to a double bed because I can't sleep well in a single.they had put me in a single so I went back to reception to complain, the absolute patronising girl tried to tell me that a single bed is also a double 😤, surely the clue is in the name then she spots my walking stick and claims that they put me down stairs because of my disability even though I'd never mentioned anything when I booked.she was a disgrace and I will NEVER stay there again
