If I could live here, I would! My only issue here is that there's no AC. I get why they don't have AC, because it's right on the water and the breeze and the sound of the waves - it's all sooo good. But it's a bit rough when you're trying to get ready to go out for the night, or pack to leave. So you pack and get 95% ready, then jump in that salt water pool one last time to cool off. Honestly, it was a highlight of my trip and priced just right too!

Million dollar view. Rooms are quaint. No A/C or TV but constant breeze kept us cool and who go's Hawaii to watch TV anyway ? Small but nice pool. Laid back atmosphere . We loved it. Breakfast on our deck with the waves crashing in was the perfect start to our day.

Great surfer hotel (even if you’re not a surfer). Each room has a view of breaking waves and the hotel salt water pool looks out on the ocean. The hotel is simple yet nicely decorated and adequate free parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

LAST NIGHT PARADISE

Last night on the big island warranted a stay at this special little spot! Sleep to the sound of waves crashing outside your window....swim in the salt water pool as the waves crash on the wall and the sun sets behind the golden yellow and crimson sky line....wake up to the beauty of Kona!! Flight morning.....easy 20 minute uber ride (22$) to the airport for fast check in about 90 min before flight. GREATSPOT!!

Lovely stay

Really enjoyed my time at the Kona Tiki Hotel. Convenient to many shops and restaurants, I often opted to walk rather than deal with parking. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great pool, especially considering the size of the property. Beautiful views and sounds of the ocean.
