I didn’t know Titanic Hotel but I will remember it

I didn’t like that we were placed in a room for disabled guests, but otherwise we were satisfied with the design, service, cleanliness, and location.

The place was superb, I only wish the Air-conditioning would get colder.

This hotel offers plenty of food options and a relaxing spa, with easy access to multiple transportation hubs. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the check-in process could be more modern and streamlined. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use the pool, but overall, the stay was convenient and enjoyable.

6/10 Good

They make a lot of the swimming pool in their publicity, but charging €20/day to use it is outrageous.

The hotel was great. It was clean and bright. Subway station was a short walk away making it easy to get to all the tourist spots we wanted. Room had a walkout balcony that was a great feature. Perfect for a family. Onsite restaurant was ok. I found it pricey for the quality in comparison to what you could get around there

8/10 Very good

The hotel was well placed and the bedroom was clean and a good size. Housekeeping was a little hit and miss, drinks and towels not always replaced. We were able to use public transport which was very near by. Checking took over 20 mins when collecting our bags

Turkish hospitality in the heart of Berlin

It was a pleasant stay for us in suite room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awesome. There is a feeling of Turkish hospitality in its atmosphere, mostly when you take your tea from semaver and getting to the Turkish hamam and relax like kings. Farzad in reception was super nice and helpful guy. He managed our accommodation to be the highlighted night of our travel and helped us to make a quick walking tour.

No pool access

Booked this hotel because it had a pool only to find out it it was an extra charge to use it and only open a couple of hours a day. In the end never used it. Disappointing.

Value-for-money little gem.

From start to finish the stay was great. The large room, great shower with a proper shower cubicle (!!!), plentiful breakfast buffet, location next to the Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station, tastefully designed interiors, good A/C etc etc. Value-for-money, peaceful. I cant praise enough! Just 1 little niggle, the internet speed. 5Mb/s is just not fast enough for a hotel of this class, however, it did not cause me issues streaming, to my surprise. If this were better then it would be a new favourite hotel in Berlin

Business

The room was not cleaned and had a bad smell. I went to a store and bought freshners and cleaning products. The breakfast is good. It is a dog friendly hotel which is great and dogs are also allowed into the restaurant. Parking cost 25€ per night. Spa cost €20

8/10 Very good

Very average 2nd visit

Having had such a good experience last time, I had no hesitation in booking again. Check in was good with a very friendly staff member and I was allocated a "Junior suite" on the 6th floor with a small balcony. Upon arrival I was disappointed with the size and layout of the room. Everything seemed 'crammed in' and the partition wall between bedroom and lounge was just in the way with no significant purpose. As I was only staying there for about 14 hours I let it go though. However, 2 main negatives. There were no curtains but useless roll down blinds, which were so far from the window, that they hardly blocked the light at all. This negatively impacted on my ability to sleep after it got light at about 5am. The 2nd problem was that of hardly any cold water pressure in the bathroom. It was, at best. a trickly, which caused issues in the shower as the hot water was scolding and could only be partially regulated by a small amount of cold water. As such, I was forced to endure a 'trickle shower' so I did not get badly burned. Some of the furniture was also badly marked and, to be honest, I was glad when it was time to leave. I reported both of the major issues to reception but was not impressed by their reaction upon checkout.

8/10 Very good

Nearly a perfect stay.

Very good stay overall, good room size and cleanliness, well appointed facilities. Breakfast was good. Didn't use the spa so can't comment on that. If you wanted a swim everyday it would be expensive. Ubahn outside. Only 2 small faults, room cleaning didn't replenish tea and coffee and there were only 2 coffee sachets for a 3 night stay. This happens at alot of hotels, I don't know why this is so difficult to get right, it costs the hotel nothing compared to your room rate. Second issue was with one bar tender. I had a whiskey old fashioned, he made abother staff make it and he didn't know what he was doing so the first was frequently shouting at him. Took my whiskey outside, after a while then first bar tender came out and asked my if I wanted another, I said know and he said then I should pay, I asked to charge to my room and he said I needed to come back inside, I hadn't finished my drink and was enjoying the evening but I complied. I then said I would pay immediately and so he put the card machine out, I tried to pay but then he said in a very passive aggressive manner "if you don't want to tip me you have press this button". I didn't complain but why would I tip someone who didn't make my drink, didn't serve it to me and called me inside to pay before I had finished it? This was 1 hour before close on a Saturday night so he wasn't chasing up. This is a small irritation on an otherwise very pleasant stay but hopefully the hotel will read it and take note.
