釜山駅から近く、とても便利なところにあります。「とても狭い部屋なので、一度見てからその部屋でいいかどうか判断してください」と言われ、見てみたのですが、ワンルームマンションのようなこじんまりした部屋ではあるものの、なんの不満もなかった。
