There were many bugs in the room, reception staff slow and inefficient.

Was ok for a one night stay as its close to the highway. Otherwise would choose to stay elsewhere for sure. Not liked: Staff were not willing to share anything where to park before doing all the paperwork - which needed to be done from scratch like I haven’t done anything in Expedia so it took 30mins or so. This was in a late very heavy rainy night while two kids were waiting tired and impatient in the car with their Mum after a long journey all day.

The very convenient during a road trip. It’s a rest stop with a hotel, located next to a gas station and McDonalds. The A/C barely worked and changed to heat on its own during the night. Cant open windows because there aren’t screens on them and there are bugs everywhere. The floors were covered in pet hair and the hotel is just in poor shape. It needs some TLC.

Selve hotellet er helt fint til en enkelt overnatning. MEN at man skal rende rundt og lede efter receptionen og ingen svarede selvom vi ringede direkte til hotellet, det er absolut ikke i orden. Receptionen ligger i en anden bygning sammen med bla. Mc Donalds. Et enkelt skilt på døren, med denne information havde været helt perfekt. Vi fandt kun receptionen, da vi mødte en anden gæst, som havde haft præcis samme problem.

Værelset vi fik var slet ikke rengjort - urin på toiletbrættet! Vi ringede til receptionen og vi fik efter kort tid et nyt værelse - som var rent og fint. Vi synes det er et ok hotel, at tage én overnatning på for at få et afbræk på en lang rejse. Men det er ikke særlig dejligt udenfor hotellet - affald etc. Dog er det en flot tur lang kanalen hvis man går ca 500 meyer væk fra hotellet og parkeringsområdet.

Værelset var fint og rent. Aircondition virkede ikke så det var meget varmt på værelset. Når man kom til hotellet kunne man godt bruge et tydeligere skilt hvor receptionen var placeret. Omgivelserne rundt hotel og spisested kunne godt trænge til en kærlig hånd - fjerne ukrudt, affald, rengøring. Der blev sagt at det var morgenmad døgnet rundt men da vi kom ned kl 5 var der intet.
