My 9 year old son and I were traveling together and Shea at the front desk started off our trip with so much kindness and help as we arrived very early in the morning. The included breakfast was so convenient, with many options, and the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially to my young son. The only issue we had was one day we forgot to take off the do not disturb sign, so we had to call for clean towels. We called 3 times because they kept saying they would bring them but never did. You cant beat the location being right next to Penn station. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located right next to Penn Station, and check-in was friendly and informative. The room had a king-size bed and a view of the station.The bath with a wonderful great shower. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar is just a "stall" on the roof. When it rains, only a few umbrellas provide protection. Two doors down is a small rooftop bar that's completely open and covered! The breakfast was plentiful—but completely chaotic. I have to say, the good location, including breakfast, and the good rooms confirm the high rating.

Overall a decent hotel for the area. Perfect location for MSG events. The bellhop was the rudest hotel employee I’ve ever met. Fairly clean room and good stay overall, but for $700 a night get some new towels and shower curtains in there.

The staff went above and beyond—truly exceptional service from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient for our trip.
