Great hotel to stat for the weekend trip. As we both above 77 years, we were assigned room at far end despite our request for room near lift when booking. Rate 3 stars instead of 4

Umbrellas Please!

We really liked the hotel. No umbrellas or lounging furniture around the pool, made it less user friendly. It was a lovely big pool but too hot to sit without some shade.

Shower Level drop off easily. This show that the hotel did not take seriously on their room maintenance (Room 1402).
There are green spots over their glass windows (Room 1402).
Tap water flow was not very smooth as tap faucet set is old and wear off (Room 1402).

Excellent Service

Everything was great just that it was kind of slow for the check in process base on previous trips. However the service to hold our luggage and also the poetter services to check in and check out was great. All staff was great.
