The customer service of the staff was great. The only thing that I think needs to improve is the cleanliness. I went into the closet to hang up some clothes and it was super dusty. I think they don’t really put much care to it since not everybody uses it. Also, I hung my towel on the bathroom hook and it fell off. Other than that everything was great.

They tried to put us in a new room they had made on the 1st floor but it was not cozy or inviting, the curtains didn’t close, so they put us in the 4th floor and we loved our room and could have stayed longer. We loved it, The breakfast and staff at breakfast were so awesome. We enjoyed the fresh cooked omelettes. One of Our favorite parts of staying there.

I enjoyed staying at this property. The housekeeping staff did a good job at keeping the property clean. Happy hour downstairs is a must and the dinning options wasnt bad either. Only complaint was one of the waitresses automatically added gratuity to my dinner without telling me and when i added my gratuity she came out with well enough. We were driving from Texas to DC and this was our second stop. This has been our go to spot - clean, friendly, great breakfast, and accommodating staff. These drives are exhausting but this stop always recharges us. Really great hotel.
