Newish Mercure hotel. Our room was on the 9th floor with big windows on both sides with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel is within walking distance of the cable car to the top of the mountain. Breakfast options are limited. The staff were nice.

The Mercury is a fantastic quiet hotel with views of the alps. The room was exceptional and large with big picture windows. Very comfortable bed. Reception were very friendly and helpful with a variety of places to eat nearby. The only downside was that the hotel is a little distance from the railway station but a regular bus service drops you to the door, so no real issues. Loved it and would stay again. Huge inflatable Lindt bunny on the roof of the shopping centre

No dining option for a Sunday night but we were able to find a restaurant at the adjacent shopping centre. Only negative was the weirdly shaped, flat pillow which I had to fold in half to get some sleep.
