Lugar bem localizado, bem no coração de boa viagem, vista para o mar, porém tivemos muitos problemas, algumas coisas pareciam velhas, o café da manhã não gostamos, nossa porta estava quebrada por algumas vezes, nosso checking só foi permitido após as 15:00 por causa que estava com problemas nosso quarto, na porta do hotel ficam alguns moradores de rua dormindo bem na porta mesmo.

Razoavel, pois na recepçao muita gente para um so recepcionista, quarto nao estava pronto ainda, no horario de entrada do check in, hotel nao tinha talheres mesmo eles cobrando por esse serviço, ainda sim nao tinha disponivel, enfim de 0 a 10, nota 5, como so passei uma noite, pois eu estava em transito, voltaria ? em transito sim, para me hospedar mais de 1 dia nao.

Razoável para fraco. Ap1204 Pontos bons: localização/ espaço do quarto/ aparelhos do quarto/ atendimento dos funcionários. Pontos fracos: estrutura velha e mal cuidada/ box do banheiro não fecha e por isso o banheiro ficou todo molhado/ não foi disponibilizado panos de chão/ ao chegar no quarto não tinha toalhas, precisei pedir/ o estacionamento é cobrado a parte e não tem portão eletrônico, o funcionário abre manual, o que costuma demorar pois sempre está ocupado, atendendo/ Café da manhã fraco.

a Recepcionista IZABELA se tornou a exclusiva salvação desse PURGATÓRIO. Tive que trocar de quarto 3x por conta de que absolutamente nada condiz com a realidade em relação as fotos do site. Muita poeira, lençóis, banheiro, lixeira, tudo MUITO sujo. Café da manhã horrível. A localização sendo o única coisa favorável. Ar condicionado muito sujos e barulhento. Ferro de passar exclusivamente na recepção para uso na própria sala próximo, Secador apenas em apartamentos com 3 camas. Toalhas de banho, assim como, lençóis muito velhos e por conseguinte finíssimos. Todas as manhãs se escuta insistentemente muito barulho de móveis sendo arrastados, incluso a noite. Diante da dor de cabeça vivenciada, Tive a colaboração apenas da Izabela que faz parte da Recepção e trabalha por excelencia e da camareira Michele. Os demais da recepção sao muito mal humorados e não faz a menor questão de atender com qualidade. Se alguém tem interesse de se hospedar la, façam de forma que se possa fazer o CANCELAMENTO, caso não se sintam minimamente confortável, coisa que não fiz e tive que suportar por 15 dias o transtorno.

Sempre fico nesse hotel, gosto do atendimento da recepção e localização. Porém dessa ultima vez dia 26/05/2025 â 28/05/2025 não gostei muito.... a limpeza do quarto não estava legal, banheiro com um pouco de mal cheiro e o café da manhã precisa dá um melhorada.
