Joan, 1-night trip

Staithes is a beautiful village, although we were certainly lucky with the weather. The Inn was a great place to stay, with a tucked away car park at the rear. Nice big room and good bathroom. Great breakfast including kippers as an option. It is short walk down into the village where there are other eating and drinking options too and lovely walks and views. Steep back up though!

The property is spot on, great place to stay. The owners and staff were very amenable. Top brekky. They have done so well with the place, of course there are very minor niggles but nobody minds.Would happily recommend to anyone.

Linda, 1-night trip

Value for money, free parking and great breakfast

More like rooms above a pub restaurant than a ‘hotel’. Big room with tea-making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, single-use toiletries, hair dryer and floor fan. Great view from the window. However, the light coloured carpet is a little stained, it’s not really suitable for non-domestic use. The room I was in would benefit from a bit of investment and TLC. The rooms are on the first and second floors (there isn’t a lift) and all the doors have push button coded locks. Friendly staff. I felt safe in this hotel. It’s a great base for exploring the surrounding areas.
