There is a very limited amount of shade on the beach as the palapas are reserved for an extra-charge club called "Level". The lounge chairs around the pool where there is more shade are not comfortable for laying on all day. The food was good but not as good as the NYX where we stayed last year. We were lucky to get a free upgrade to an ocean view suite so overall we are very happy with the value.

When I spoke to client services about my issues with dining they immediately upgraded me to level so I could have a better experience. That in itself made the entire trip worth it and happier. For a property that only reopened a couple months ago, I thought it was well-ran. You could tell not everything was renovated (bathroom sinks and showers) but what was renovated was very nicely updated. Overall we had a very good experience. Pros: - good for young kids - nice beach - easy check in check out - good buffet - nice facilities (public bathrooms, dining areas) - concierge available for booking excursions Cons: - not many dining options and you had to make reservations for dinner - furniture moving made loud noises since there is no carpet (mattered because my daughter still naps) - wish there was another bar outside since there were long lines

This is a new property that just opened as I was stole on December. They are still working on areas and finishing rooms and others so you definitely can see some of those things but overall I think the hotel is looking great and it will be fantastic by the time they finish with it. In a separate note the staff is incredibly great and helpful. They work very hard to make the guests feel happy and they will take care of them and make it right when things are not thank you so much for that.

Hotel was clean, but lacked food options and there is no fitness room. Most of the staff was nice and friendly, there were couple that were rude. The only thing I like about that hotel was their fast respond to provided us with a new and upgraded room after we found mold on the ceiling in our shower. Will not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Victor was very accommodating at check in and Adrian was beyond helpful working on correcting our transfer to the airport. The staff was lovely and the hotel was clean. The beach was very close and the pools were wonderful. My children (7 & 8) loved the water park. The slides were fun for kids and adults. The big slides were slow enough for young children to enjoy. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment, the food and drinks. There were plenty of chairs at the beach and pool. The pool towels were large and fluffy. There was always plenty of food and a good variety. The property is smaller than most all inclusive resorts, which made it feel safe and convenient for families. We stayed in a suite with a balcony. The room was huge and clean. The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing and the suite was kept very clean.
