Great location to get onto any train line, very close to Haneda airport too. The best bakery we found in Tokyo is very close by so easy breakfast. The rooms are a little outdated but we have received the best hotel service here, the staff are very friendly and speak good English which makes it easier. You also get free water every day.

They made sure you had everything you need (toothbrush, mouthwash, body cloths, hairbrush, slippers, pyjamas). The staff would greet you once you arrived as well, which I found to be great. Amazing hotel to kick off my Japan Trip, would come here again.
