Our Panama City trip
The first room we were given was on the first floor and we had asked for a high floor. They didn't have availability that day but the next day we were moved to a much better room and given an upgrade of a room with a kitchen. Very nice room and nice staff except for one girl that we spoke with first. Would stay there again if need be. Pool was nice and warm.

Birthday getaway
Had couple of issues but was quickly resolve by hotels. Com and the front lady name Vicky. Was put on the wrong room but next day Vicky was able to accommodate me and my husband on a better room that it was actually reserved. The hotel was nice, atmosphere was great, The view on the beachfront balcony was amazing after we was moved. Overall I had an amazing birthday weekend. Ps not the greatest weather but we still manage to have a great time and when we arrived was the last day of certain spring breakers

The bed was not comfortable. The pillows were hard and there was only a small lamp in the room. You had to open the window curtain to let light in to be able to see, which meant everyone walking by your room could see inside. However, for the price and location it was ok.

Initially they gave us the most unusual Room I ever walked into. When you opened the Front Door to the Room, 1 of the Queen Beds was rith there, in a small non-discript space. Then you walked into a much larger Room with the other Queen Bed. I immediately returned to the Front Desk and voiced my objections. They did move us to anither Room, but gave me a really hard time about it. The Room, Doors and Walls were all dirty and in disepair. You should take this off of your Hotels List !!!
