Room was very nice and spacious, and the bath tub was just fantastic. The windows are huge with automatic blinds and the decor is beautiful. My only complaints are the outdated TVs, the screen that wasn’t working in the bathroom and the comforter that wasn’t thick enough.

This was my second time staying at the Ivy and it was great. They were able to hold my bags before and after check in since my flights were early and late, and they gave me a complimentary upgrade. I was in town for a friend’s wedding, so it was nice to not have to stress about where I was staying.

Outstanding, we loved it here both nights. This property does not have onsite parking or onsite restaurant per Expedia’s site. I parked around the corner in a ramp as my vehicle is a Nissan Armada & spaces are too tight for the ramp this hotel offers at $61 per night. We are both nights at Nora’s a block away it was so delicious & staff were wonderful!

Gentleman at front desk in the evening was fantastic, welcoming with superb communication & customer service skills. Room was exceptional! Best shower experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! Amazing water pressure (rain fixture & wand) in addition there was a lovely enormous soaking tub! Automated drapes, incredibly spacious luxury feel. Location was super close to everything important to us… Navy Pier, Beach, Butterfly House, shopping, Nora’s Restaurant and more!
