This stay was terrible. We took photos. There were people living there and had junk all outside the doors. There were bugs in our room. The sheets were stained. The floors were dirty and broken. It was a terrible stay. We would like to find out how we can get a partial refund for the inconvenience as we spent several hundred dollars to stay there.

Floors were dirty, room service didn’t clean room or leave fresh towels. Maintenance was great to repair a leak under the sink. Surrounding area outside had heavily homeless people staying in rooms and very loud through the night. The only + was a hot shower!

I have requested my money back and have been unsuccessful so far. I left because it was filthy, broken pool, no bedspreads, broken tv, homeless people around and in facility, see through curtains, the list goes on. I was afraid to sleep and/or park there. I am now about to sleep soundly at a hotel down the street.

The rooms have been updated and are really nice. The furniture is really old and worn but functional. The area at night did not feel very safe. I worried when I went to check in and the lobby was locked and looked NOTHING like the picture in this email. There were bars and plexiglass like it was a bank. This gave me uncomfortable feelings. In the daylight it felt a little better and food is quite convenient, with a Denny's in the parking lot and an In-n-Out a block down the road along with a bunch of other fast food outlets. They are in the middle of restoring the facility and I think once they are done it will be nice. Still not crazy about the check-in area being like a bank.

Overall our stay was good however the second day the key didn't work but the office quickly fixed the issue. Overall the rooms are very old but the sink and the bathrooms are in decent condition.

This property has roaches and mice in rooms. The rooms looked very dirty. There were a lot of homeless outside in the parking lot who would skateboard right next to the room doors at all times of the day. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

So all night we were awake with arguing and yelling crack heads.Dogs barking. Trash everywhere. Drug deals happening in the open. First room was absolutely disgusting with odor of urine and plain filth. We we given another room but didn’t change the things that were happening all night. We stayed here before with no issues. But never again. Even if we’re free. Absolutely horrendous
