I was in Bordeaux for 2 nights with my 15 year old son and picked the hotel for its location. This hotel is all about its charm
and character - rooms set in beautiful old stone buildings, with features such as the bathroom built out in naturally finished wood. It’s a far cry from the modern, stereotype square block 3 star hotel but we loved it. The location was fantastic and the rooms just oozed charm and character.

The hotel was very cute, beautiful old feel, however there was some kind of strange plasticy sheet under our bed sheet which made us very hot and uncomfortable, the bed was also a small double, overall didn’t sleep great. We didn’t eat the breakfast, however it looked nice when we walked past

Hotel in great location off the main boulevard. Very close to great public transport, less than 5 min. walk to tram line. And also close to numerous shops, restaurants and attractions. Staff very nice and helpful, particularly Carmen and Manon. Great breakfast buffet at reasonable price. Highly recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel in a central, convenient location. Beautifully appointed room overlooking a quiet side street. Close to cafes and shops. Tram stop close by. Easy to get to the hotel by tram from the airport. Delightful neighborhood. Staff were friendly and checking in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming, renovated hotel just off a main shopping street. It’s an old building, just quirky enough to be interesting, yet fully modernized baths and very clean! Several good restaurants on the block and a chocolatier across the street. I would stay there again.

Location is amazing, but hotel definitely needs renovation. Rooms are tiny, mirror has been cracked, shower door has been broken.

We were in a separate building across the alleyway from the main hotel. It was a rustic style, with stone walls and wooden beams and floor to ceiling windows with shutters. It was very roomy with all facilities we needed. We loved the room.

This property is in a great location. Very easy to find when coming from Bordeaux Airport. The bathroom floor is in a dire need of repair/replacement and the mold in the shower neds to be addressed. Convenient location for access to shops and facilities. Good local bars and cafes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in Bordeaux. The hotel offered an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of Bordeaux, making it easy to explore the city's attractions on foot. The rooms were clean and tidy. Plus, the staff were full of great recommendations for activities and attractions in the area.

Lots of character and great location. We arrived a couple of hours before the official check in time but were able to do on arrival and our room was ready and available.
One or 2 minor niggles with the room: insufficient power plugs for charging’phone and tablet; loose toilet seat and no explexar in the bathroom, which as there was no window, meant that towels didn’t dry

Adorable staff and great location. We had a superior room, which lacked a minifridge and other basic appliances such as a toilet brush. Small things were broken, such as bathroom tiles and the roller blinds. Otherwise the room was beautiful and rather quiet.

Overall good hotel for a one night stay.
The gentlemen on reception was super friendly & welcoming even though we got there fairly late.
Room was a good size, clean & the bed large & comfortable. Bathroom was small but appeared quite new & in good condition -hot shower with good pressure.
Only downside, there was no blinds or curtains on the window and it was a little noisy in the morning as our room over looked the street.
Would stay here again
