For the price point of the property you have to go in with certain expectations, I had these expectations altered during my stay, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the host was very kind and helpful. I specifically stayed in the Double Room with King Bed and ensuite and cant fault anything.
Kyle, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The place was damp, smelly with cracked bathroom walls & a centipede in the toilet!
Chui Lin, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location Decent spacious room, has everything needed
3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Walls were a bit thin but didn’t bother me too much.. Convenient for many shops and restaurants. Friendly host
Robert, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly location manager, great provisions on site, can't fault anything.
Edgar, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Aside from a gross shower curtain, the place was clean and staff were friendly. The room was pretty spacious, although the bed was a little uncomfortable. Overall, the price was right and the location was great!
Elizabeth, 5-night trip

Catherine, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Omar, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

First property I have seen where bathroom / restroom is separate from the room. It's a hostel not a hotel.
Vibhav, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Super tight space, barely any ventilation, bathroom disgusting.
Dikran, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Charles, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Shivkumar, 1-night trip

Bedbugs!!! Stay away!!! We told the manager and didn‘t even got an answer!!! We searched on google and found a comment about bedbugs from 4 months prior! So they obviously didn’t do anything about it!

10/10 Exceptional

Quiet location with all the basics covered

Quite private feeling guest house. Really affordable price for visiting the city.
Javier, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend that anyone stay here.

6/10 Good

Decent place to stay for a night or two. Great price. Great location with bus stops near by and walking distance from the train station. Easy check in and check out. It’s slightly annoying you have to walk through a corridor to get to the toilet/bathroom & the facilities could be cleaner.
Alessandra, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Warm, clean, secure 👍
Stuart, 1-night trip

Different

A strange experience. On arrival being given 4 separate keys and being told very clearly that check out was 11am at the very latest! My first experience of having the toilet and shower in a separate room, not ideal when needing the loo in the night trying to work out which key was needed for each room.
Mark, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good.
sharon, 7-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Decent

A more than adequate property, clean and comfortable enough
FYNE PAINTING, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Don't stay here.

The place was ell situated for my reason to be in Edinburgh, but the room I was given was in the basement and only 3 feet wide!. It was terrible.
