For the price point of the property you have to go in with certain expectations, I had these expectations altered during my stay, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the host was very kind and helpful. I specifically stayed in the Double Room with King Bed and ensuite and cant fault anything.

The place was ell situated for my reason to be in Edinburgh, but the room I was given was in the basement and only 3 feet wide!. It was terrible.
