It's in a safe area, has wonderful staff, clean & comfortable rooms and the breakfast is fantastic Only disappointments were that the seasonal pool wasn't open in June and the cot that we considered to be not safe due to soft materials & non-breathable materials sides, but this wasn't an issue as bed was plenty big enough for all of us!

On the good side, the dinner in the hotel was excellent. Turkish food is generally delicious, but the hotel's chefs made it so good that I savoured every piece of it. The bed was comfy, and the duvet was great, warm, but not too hot. On a less brighter side, the towels clearly had better days, they were grayish and worn-out. The hotel has a massive problem with the plumbing, once you open the tap in any position, scolding hot water starts pouring out, and you have to wait for a few minutes before it gets to normal temperature. My sink's drain was partially clogged, I asekd to clean it three times, but either the staff didn't understand me or couldn't fix it. The water still wouln't go down the sink as I was checking out. Overall, it's a great place, but poorly run, and penny-pinching at every opportunity, which spoils the impression.
