Chegamos às 22:45 ao hotel, sendo que o check-in era permitido até às 24:00. No entanto a porta estava fechada eninguem atendia a campainha nem o telefone e nao estava ninguem . Fomos ao café da frente perguntar informações e ligaram para uma senhora que apareceu 10 min depois. No total esperamos 30 min quando só queriamos descansar para o voo que tinhamos cedo . Ela chegou a dizer que nao sabia que haviamais uma reservae que ja estava para se deitar e que estavaa lavaros dentes. Achei super incompetente e falta de respeito principalmente por se tratar de um preço carissimo 100 eur por 1 noite num hotel horrivel de nivel 2 estrelas

O hotel é muito agradável e bem localizado. O pequeno-almoço surpreendeu pela positiva. O pessoal é muito simpático e prestável. De negativo destacaria o pó debaixo da cama e o facto da mesa e cadeiras da varanda estarem muito sujas (impossíveis de utilizar). O quarto era virado para a estrada principal e muito barulhento, ouvia-se os carros a passar mesmo com a janela fechada.

Wir haben das Hotel ganz spontan im Flugzeug gebucht, als wir nicht auf Madeira landen konnten. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung, die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe sind tolle Restaurants und der Strand. Das Frühstück war leider fürchterlich ...

The hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes from the beach,with an amazing restaurant in the complex which is most definitely the highlight of our stay. On the negative side the hotel is outdated with the rooms having cockroaches and silverfish... in addition the beds are not very comfortable. In line with the other reviews the breakfast is appalling better not think you'll be getting any.

Loved our stay. There is a takeaway doing local food and bar down stairs also a BBQ restaurant. It is OK to buy a takeaway and eat it in the BBQ restaurant. Beware of huge portions because you won't starve that's for sure.. The beech is 100 yds. away and very good. The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. Loads of places to eat and drink on beech and the road. Walked into town and back most days. Mountain view rooms are on the road side and so are noisier but we only noticed if sitting on the balcony .
