A tidy Hotel with staff that couldn't do any more for you. Basic room, a little black residue around the shower base but other than that we were pretty pleased with the value for money with free breakfast and parking so would use again should we need to return to Hastings in the future.

I stayed at the OYO Hotel in Hastings last year, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was good and had enough options to start the day right. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates, as certain areas felt a bit dated. Despite that, I had a comfortable stay and would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

Nice hotel, friendly and efficient staff, breakfast and dinner nice, only minor complaint was it was a bit noisy during the night asuming this was due to people using the shared bathroom, we had an enduite which was large with an nice view over the garden.

The curtain rail was broken revealing the full site of the room from indoors and outdoor personnel. There was no privacy and I was unable to sleep. The management staff would not issue a refund despite the fact I didn’t sleep all night and I wasn’t well and they failed to change the accommodation. It is clear that the maintance man for the hotel does not carry out regular repairs this in itself as a health and safety issue, the advert of this hotel is in effect in breach of health and safety regulations. I respectfully request a refund.

We had a very good stay, parking in front of the hotel, lovely service and the breakfast in the restaurant with a garden view was fantastic. There were even pikelets snd fresh fruit - that was definitely more than we had expected for the price we paid for the accommodation.
