The hotel is nice and has a great view, but the smell in the room was horrible - it was moldy.

The hotel breakfast and ataff are great. The area is safe compare to centro. Centro is dangerous. we went there and were attacked by 2 people while many people watching at 10:30 amvas if it is normal. police came later and did nothing. we heard from them that we were the third attack. d sao luis is very dangerous. go straight to barrienhas if you lan to visit the Lencyos national park. it is not worth to risk your life. there are many poor people in town and police has given up.

Bom eu fiquei em dois apartamentos diferentes sendo um normal e o outro uma suíte O apartamento normal o quarto não tem muito iluminação, o banheiro muito apertado. Já na suite com o valor mais alto achei que seria bem diferente mais a única coisa que mudou foi a iluminação e o tamanho do quarto , banheiro foi a mesma coisa muito pequeno. A parte da limpeza deixou muito a desejar você ia para a praia e voltava , tinha que subir com areia no quarto , porque o hotel não tem ducha para se lavar tinha que subir mesmo assim. Sujando todo o quarto de areia quando as camareiras iam fazer a limpeza não limpava muito bem deixando muita areia no chão e no banheiro. Quando íamos para praia tínhamos que passar de frente com a recepção porque o hotel fechou a parte de entrada e saída reservada para clientes do hotel quando ia se banhar na praia.

O hotel é bom, cama boa, banheiro bom, café da manhã bem diversificado Pontos a melhorar:pontualidade e humor da moça da tapioca. O café abre às 6:00 h, ela entrou no salão do café, se ajeitou, ligou a chapa e ainda fez cara feia quando, às 6:15 h perguntamos se já poderia pedir. Saímos às 6:30 h sem tapioca. Tenho várias intolerâncias e seria a única opção além de frutas. Outro ponto a melhorar é o elevador: só tem dois em funcionamento, um fora de uso, e não estão conectados. Tem que chamar os dois. É bem complicado em um hotel grande.

O hotel possui localização privilegiada e uma vista encantadora. O café da manhã é excelente e o atendimento, muito cordial. Almoço com preço justo e ótimas opções. No entanto, as acomodações precisam de renovação. Apesar de o quarto ser espaçoso, a cama era desconfortável (afundava no centro), os travesseiros estavam desgastados e havia um cheiro perceptível de mofo no ambiente.
