The room was extremely comfortable and warm, really clean. There was biscuits, tea and coffee and a bottle of water which was a lovely touch. The bed was massive, really clean and super comfortable. Our breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a bed and breakfast. This is one of the nicest bed and breakfast I have stayed in for a long time, the staff are really friendly and super helpful. If I could give 6 stars I would šŸ˜

Warm welcome on arrival from proprietor set the tone for the stay. Clean well appointed rooms with very comfortable bed for a sound sleep, close to the main strip and the trams with a very excellent breakfast to look forward to in the morning. Very highly recommended.
