The first room I stayed in was very humid and had a damp musty smell to it - I didn’t complain as I was only there for the night. The second room wasn’t humid at all, but was very very cold - I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the aircon, even though I turned it off several times. This is a basic 3* hotel, the breakfast is also very limited, but I could get a cup of tea with scrambled eggs and some fruit so it is sufficient for me.

The property is close to metro station and a night market. The rooms have been refurbished but the property itself is a bit old. Noise insulation is quite good considering we stayed at the 3/F floor (just on top of the restaurant on 2/F). Good value for this price.

The location is perfect, the bed is comfy and the shower and soaps provided are great. Unfortunately the spoundproofing and other aspects of the hotel are dated. The room window is a very thin single pane of glass so street noise can be heard. The first night i was woken up at 5am by roadworks outside. The second a drunk guest woke me up at 3am trying to get into my room. I suppose these are beyone the control of the hotel - but still effected my experience.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near Daan Station. Easy accessible to all locations in Taipei. Service staffs were very good, attentive and makes our stay very comfortably. Everything is to notch other than the breakfast spread could be healthier, with less processes food. But overall food is delicious. I'll definitely booked this hotel again when in Taipei and recommend friends and relative likewise.
