We agreed to pay on arrival, but despite this the Costello Hotels rep. tried 3 times to make an unauthorized deduction from our account - days before we arrived. Our account was locked fortunately. We could only get 1 station on the TV, and the internet was abysmal. The alehouse next to the hotel was the best attraction for us.
