The check in staff were excellent. The breakfast was sausage 4 days in a row. Anywhere else we stay they change it up. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was only war.. The lamp in our room did not work, my wife is legally blind, so not good. Overall good experience.

The bed was rock hard. The room was not clean: layered dust on lights, stained light, tub with hair, slow moving drain. The tv is max 32”. The room pics on hotels.com were NOT the room we had! It was tired and in need of repairs! It will get you by but if you’re looking for comfortable, this isn’t it. Staff however were excellent. We didn’t eat any prepared food as I was skeptical with room cleanliness.

Poor welcome

Poor welcome: When we checked in on May 01, 2025 around 08:30, the receptionist had no interaction what so ever with us. I was even wandering if there was something wrong with our booking. It is not about the language as French is our 1st language, we lived at 100 meters of that hotel during 8 years and we are from that area.
