I stayed at this hotel in Pocos de Caldas, and it felt expensive for what it offers. The rooms are large and reasonably comfortable, but there are not enough blankets, and you have to request them at the front desk. There were no bathroom mats either. Even after asking, I was given a towel to use as a mat, which was not comfortable. Cleanliness was only average. Some areas, such as behind the beds and between furniture, were not properly cleaned. Breakfast was okay. During my stay, there was no liquid soap in the women’s restroom, even after I specifically requested it for a couple of times. Another concern was a man outside the hotel who appeared intoxicated and possibly had mental health issues. He had free access to the hotel and intimidated some guests. I was told he was a former owner and therefore allowed unrestricted access, which made the situation uncomfortable. Overall, it’s just okay. For the price, I believe there are better options available, and I would choose a different hotel next time.

O café da manhã foi bem olanejado, com variedade e alimentos frescos. O colchão era muito ruim!! A noite a gente rola para o meio da cama. O ponto alto da hospedagem foi o chuveiro!! Sim, uma cachoeira revigorante que encontrei em poucoa hoteis. A garagem é tercerizada e isso não é dito na reserva. O preço da diária no estacionamento foi aproximadamente 15% do valor da diária. Os pontos positivos foram: café da manhã delicioso e com bastante variedade, cama muito confortável, localização espetacular, ótimo atendimento no check-in e check-out . Pontos negativos: Quando fomos tomar banho não tinha sabonete líquido no box e nem na pia, pedimos para abastecer mas como demorou acabamos nos lavando com shampoo, além disso a água vazava por baixo do box, molhando a área do vaso e da pia, quando voltamos do jantar haviam abastecido o sabonete, porém pisaram no molhado e o chão do banheiro ficou todo sujo, não limparam e nem trocaram o tapete que também ficou sujo. Mas no geral foi uma boa experiência, esperamos voltar outras vezes!
