Exceptionally clean, small hotel with 4 block flat walk to hotel from bus and train station and the old town/ harbor area. Modern, Double rooms are small but more than adequate. AC is loud, and you can hear people closing doors, but didn’t bother me- just an observation. Easy bus line 16 to this area from airport. Easy walk to harbor and restaurants and shopping/. 4 ish blocks toward harbor. Breakfast looked fine. Reception is efficient. Would stay here again.

I have few postive and negative remarks about this hotel.I booked for the view as on the pictures was overseing the marina but we were given a room where the view was horrible derelict building outside and adjacent to the room so had to keep blinds closed mostly.Room was clean and close walk to transport and attractions.women from the reception were friendly and helpful.will be good to have a mirror in the room and a kettle with coffee and tea so hotel should consider and also for someone staying as long as us like 4 days need to give them a good view as advertised on the sites ,bit dissapointed with the view and bathroom floor was wooden as the bedroom so water was going everywhere as they had a flimy curtain between the shower and the toilet.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff, but Misleading Room Description I recently stayed at this hotel and found its location to be very convenient — just a short walk from the city centre. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff I spoke with were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, my overall experience was impacted by several issues, primarily related to misleading information in the room listing. The room I booked was advertised with a beautiful sea view, but in reality, it overlooked a derelict building. When I raised this at reception, I was informed that only a few family rooms have views. On checkout, I brought up the issue again and was told that room assignments are based on availability and that "you get the room you are given." It was disappointing to later see responses to other reviews where the hotel admitted that no rooms actually have sea views — a clear case of misrepresentation. Additionally, the listing states that the hotel has a bar, which is not accurate; there is only a vending machine available. The rooms are also advertised as soundproofed, but I experienced a significant amount of noise from both foot traffic in the hallways and street traffic from the main road outside. While the staff and breakfast were highlights, the inaccurate and misleading descriptions of the amenities and room views left me dissatisfied with my stay.
